Can I add anything on?
Probably! Things like Video Tutorials can be added on to your VIP Day. If you are looking for ongoing assistance consider our Membership Plans
Do you provide hourly Squarespace edits?
Yes and no. Due to the ongoing nature of website maintenance and our client load, we are excited to offer Membership Plans, that accrue a bank of hours that can be used throughout the year. Check out the Membership Plans here. They’re perfect for those that have regular needs, or occasional needs seasonally.
Do you work with older versions of Squarespace?
Absolutely, your Squarespace VIP day can be used on any version of a Squarespace website except those in developer mode. Making Squarespace 7.0 sites look brand new is a specialty of mine. I have re-designed dozens of Squarespace 7.0 sites. As a long time Squarespace Circle Member, I had early access to Squarespace 7.1 and have been using it successfully with clients since its release. We have also moved numerous sites from 7.0 to 7.1.
Do you assist with copywriting?
Yes, I often assist with copywriting. It’s a big reason small business owners choose to work with me. Copywriting is a team effort, as you are the expert in your field and know your lingo; however I pride myself on being able to put myself both in your shoes and in the shoes of your ideal customers. Editing existing copy to better fulfill your goals and the needs of your clients is a big part of what we do!
Are there any hidden costs or additional costs to be aware of?
Outside fees such as Squarespace fees, domains, third-party services, etc. are not included. There’s only so much that can be completed in a day. No guarantees of deliverables are promised, i.e. it’s not guaranteed that your punch list will be complete in one VIP Day. The days are designed for different aspects of your website and we’ll discuss expectations and capabilities during our intro phone call. Adding on hours for last minute items or purchasing another VIP Day are often options for those with additional needs.
Do I need photos?
Professional images can really make a site pop but aren’t required. I’m happy to offer photographer suggestions based on your location. If you already have images, we’ll discuss the best way for you to name and send them before your VIP Day. If you have no images, we’ll work together with stock images to meet your brand identity.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have an emergency and need to reschedule I ask for 72 hours notice, in which you are able to reschedule one time within a year, based on availability. VIP Day deposits are non-refundable, as you are holding a space on a limited availability calendar.
